OUTSIDE TRACK - They started our season a couple of years ago with a stunning synthesis of virtuosity & energy! Their award winning Scottish, Canadian & Irish song, music & dance has been rapturously received worldwide. Vocals, fiddle, harp, flute, accordion & guitar.

LEVERET - Three of England’s finest, award winning folk musicians in an exciting new collaboration. Sam Sweeney (Bellowhead), Andy Cutting (Simpson, Cutting, Kerr) & Rob Harbron (The Full English). Fiddle, melodeon & concertina played with compelling delivery & captivating spontaneity. Nominated for Best Group and Andy won Musician of the Year!

JOHNNY COPPIN & PHIL BEER - Gloucestershire singer/songwriter/musician Johnny Coppin joins Phil Beer from 'Show of Hands' to re-form their old partnership again for us after the superb reunion show they gave us in early 2013. Vocals, piano, guitars, fiddle & mandolin.

CHRIS WHILE & JULIE MATTHEWS - Both are members of St Agnes Fountain and are award winning singer/songwriters & musicians. Powerful harmony vocals with guitar & piano.

FAUSTUS - Benji Kirkpatrick the fretboard wizard & Paul Sartin the violinist/oboe player both ex Bellowhead plus melodeon maestro & vocalist Saul Rose ex Waterson: Carthy. A fresh impetus to the surge of traditional song. A distinct blend of subtlety & attack - The Guardian.

KRIS DREVER & IAN CARR - Kris celebrates his first decade as an acclaimed singer & songwriter with a new album If Wishes Were Horses. It's his first for six years (during which time his band Lau have established themselves as the most widely acclaimed & musically progressive trio in British folk music). Tonight he'll be with virtuoso guitarist Ian Carr.

COOPE, BOYES & SIMPSON - In 1993, three blokes from South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, with a name like a firm of solicitors, released an album of acappella songs full of social comment and (in the words of Folk Roots) 'harmonies you could chew'. Now after 23 years they are going to call it a day and are releasing their final studio album & starting their last tour.

THE FURROW COLLECTIVE - Described by MOJO as 'a mouthwatering collaboration', Alasdair Roberts, Emily Portman, Lucy Farrell and Rachel Newton are four fine singers & musicians sharing a mutual love of traditional songs, from both sides of the English and Scottish borders. Vocals, harp, concertina, fiddle & guitar. 3 times nominated for BBC Awards inc 2016.

CHRIS LESLIE - Chris has spent his life playing violin, mandolin & singing. He is also a great songwriter and currently with Fairport Convention, Feast of Fiddles & St Agnes Fountain.
